* Oversee corporate hiring in multiple retail markets - regions include South Eastern WI, Northern IL, Metro Chicago area, Metro Detroit area, & Minneapolis-St. Paul. * Manage various elements of recruitment process life cycle including sourcing, interviewing, administering assessments, and presenting job offers to corporate candidates. * Develop and implement sourcing strategy including job posting optimization, recruitment branding, job board procurement, and digital & non-digital recruitment marketing. * Convince right-fit candidates to apply by selling and promoting the Guaranty Bank brand - "selling with a noble purpose." * Fill the pipeline with a pool of qualified candidates through hiring blitzes, career fairs, campus recruiting, Boolean Search techniques, resume mining, social media networking, and candidate relationship management. * Faciliate candidate assessments using innovative voice screen technology. * Serve as subject matter expert in organizational identity and develop data-driven selling approach based on key differentiators.

* Manage full cycle recruiting processes and provide strategic workforce solutions to clients in the greater Milwaukee area. * Manage 50% of branch client acounts in designated service region. * Branch growth and development: GP - 32%; GPOI - 62.4%; Adjusted BLC - 129.2%. * Source, screen, and select candidates to deliver high quality service to clients within multiple verticals. * Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR personnel to ensure client demands are met efficiently and timely; conduct interviews, background checks, assessments, and drug screens. * Provide feedback and counsel to candidates to ensure quality performance, job satisfaction, and job retention. * Comply strictly with State and Federal employment/labor laws and regulations. * Operate proprietary applicant tracking system to deliver onboarding, proper database management, and recordkeeping guidelines; practice high level of confidentiality.

* Assist with the recruitment, selection, and orientation of employees and vendors based on client needs and demands. * Provide information on policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and employee benefits. * Track and monitor employee leaves of absence; investigate and prepare incident reports. * Keep informed of pending industry changes and best practices to assess the potential impact of changes on organizational processes. * Provide assistance to internal and external auditors in compliance reviews, including the Department of Health Services. * Serve as confidential point of contact for clients; communicate, seek clarification on issues or dilemmas, and report irregularities in accordance to Federal and State compliance measures. * Comply with EEO requirements; abide by HIPPA standards; maintain strictest confidentiality.
