Module 1: Personal & Professional Development: - Strengths-based leadership skills assessment. - Professional development resources co-created with Harvard Business School for creating a LinkedIn profile, crafting your resume, tips for interviewing, and how to network. - Live interactions among a global cohort of peers. Module 2: Aspire Horizons Course Leadership development course designed and delivered by Harvard University faculty. Topics: - Understanding Yourself as a Leader. - Importance of Understanding Context and Building Trust. - Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence (AI). - Addressing Community Challenges. - Being in Action in Your Communities Worldwide. Masterclasses: Offered Throughout the Program. Immersive Learning: - Synchronous sessions led by world-class educators from universities around the world. - Live learning and discuessions with a global cohort of peers and mentors.

I and 50 other people were chosen among thousands of others applying for the same position. Later in the program, it was summarized to 10 for making the most impact. - Founded and leading a club at the university. - Organizing events, workshops, and meetings that focus on job search strategies, CV preparation, interview skills, networking, and career development. - Promote Young and Hired on social media and within the university through flyers, announcements, and collaboration with student groups. - Acting as a bridge between Young and Hired and the university, providing feedback and suggesting ways to improve the resources available to students. - Sharing success stories, challenges, and opportunities, ensuring a continous connection between the organization and the sutdent body.

- Create, and publish visually engaging content (images, videos, and Reels, for example) tailored to target audience, and platform. - Planning, and executing content calendar, campaigns, and storytelling strategies. - Analyzing engagement data, and reach via Instagram Insights for optimization. - Building an active community throught interaction, Direct Message (DM), management, and live broadcasts. - Partnering with brands for sponsored content, and product placement.

- Building and maintaining responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Working with React to create dynamic user interfaces. - Implemented backend functionality in Node.js, and Express. - Integrated databses via PostgreSQL and SQL, but also built REST APIs. - Version control, among with collaboration via Git and GitHub. - Handled bugs, improved performance, and participated in code reviews.
