Founded a complementary arm of operations serving a large client base within the health & wellness industry, extending end-to-end service capabilities from logistics through final installation. BPi delivers full service solutions across North America, Central America, and the Caribbean for commercial gyms, corporate fitness centers, healthcare and wellness facilities, hotels and resorts, military and government facilities, franchise networks, and residential clients. Directed nationwide multi-site installations (up to 65,000 sq ft), coordinating full lifecycle from vendor management and contractors to quality control and final product placement. Built repeatable operational frameworks enabling scalable, turnkey deployment across complex commercial projects. Manage end-to-end project execution including ocean freight, import coordination, port drayage, container breakdown, warehousing, cross-docking, 3PL transportation, and final mile delivery across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Central America. Partner directly with corporate franchisors to manage and execute installations for new locations, providing transparent fixed pricing and coordinating with property managers, general contractors, and financiers. Oversee assembly, setup, installation, and quality control for a wide range of health and wellness products including strength equipment, cardio machines, rigs and racks, flooring, saunas, cryotherapy chambers, and commercial fixtures.
