Eliguard is a Tanzanian social entrepreneur and development sector professional. With the experience of over 15 years, he has worked with grassroots, national, and international development organizations in Tanzania and within the East and Southern Africa region. Having sat on both sides of the development program implementer and development program funder, he has extensive hands-on experience, skills, and local context to understand what makes effective and accountable organizations. He is passionate about accelerating people and organizations to cast a powerful vision and deliver impactful results with empathy and moral obligation to make the world more just and better for everyone. Previously Eliguard worked as a contractor for the US government mission in Tanzania, KPMG International Development Advisory, Digital Opportunity Trust, and D-tree International. He has also served many institutions as an independent consultant including the World Food Program, United Nations Development Program (UNDP), Resonance International, and Save the Children International just to mention a few. He excels in growing leaders and organizations.
