HR Process Creation & Operational Setup from Scratch - building and implementing all core HR processes from the ground up, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & development, compensation, employee relations, and offboarding.

HR Policy Development & Implementation: Design, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, processes, and programs tailored to the company's needs. Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of new employees. Compensation Management: Develop and manage compensation structures, including salary benchmarking, incentive programs, and compensation reviews to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices. (Mercer & WTW) Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee feedback. Start, follow, and report PM process using a local PM and career management system ( OKR System) Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive work environment. Change Management and Strategy Management

• To be a strategic business partner with Managers about performance management, employee relations, coaching, employee engagement surveys, talent development strategies, change management, organizational development, and learning & development. • Define & activate the Talent Management and development programs in alignment with the company and business strategy • Act as project leader and implementor related to talent training and performance management initiatives • Measure/ monitor the success of Talent Management & Development programs and recommend improvements to leadership (with the board team) • Drive continuous improvement of the effectiveness of training & talent development strategies. • Create and own annual training plans for the Benelux Region (inc. training Matrix) • Manage & lead employee engagement surveys and initiatives. • Manage & lead the weekly survey tool (Winningtemp), and active actions &reporting. • Drive talent management and succession planning process • Ensure that the assigned projects are correctly managed using HR Operating System (GEODIS Talent + & GEODIS Campus) principles, integrated tool set, and project management methodologies
