* Preparing annual Media Purchasing budget and optimizing by type (radio, TV, print) and quality (target audience, time of day for broadcast, etc.) periodically. * Responsible for purchasing time and advertising space for the purpose of advertising, negotiate rates and create media schedules based on a media plan constructed by myself. * To make sales analysis, statistics and stratejic planning; * Stock Planning and ensure the continuity of the product life cycle. * Demand planning, preparation of budgets, * Ensure coordination of Production department and products to be sold on the TV content, pricing, presentation and time to planning. * Marketing , planning ,inventory management, workflow management, analysis and reporting of all sales channels(Telemarketing Call Center, Retail, Catalog, DRTV) * Preparation and submission of management reports Directorate General of Slovenia.

* Follow up all staff personal conduct * Prepare the training,following the legal processes according to the procedure * Follow the candidates’ interview processes and help the other departments’ members. * Working about performance management.
