• Supervision of all clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and quality of services provided; • Recruitment, training, and management of multidisciplinary teams, with approximately 10 professionals; • Financial control, including budgeting, billing, collection, and operational expense reduction; • Management of clinic infrastructure maintenance and acquisition of medical equipment; • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations; • End-to-end management of clinic administrative services, operationalizing process improvements and continuous improvement action plans.

• Activities involving management and supervision of operational activities in a mine, assisting in operational services in mine infrastructure.

• Supervising and coordinating teams of mine operators and technicians, ensuring efficient and safe ore loading and transportation activities; • Supervising maintenance of mine equipment and infrastructure, ensuring machines and facilities are in good working condition; • Managing human resources, materials, and equipment necessary for mining operations; • Offering training and guidance to the team to ensure everyone is qualified and updated on procedures and safety.

• Assisting in the execution of mining activities such as drilling, rock blasting, ore loading, transportation, mine drainage, infrastructure and structure operation, crushing, and beneficiation; • Operating specialized machines and equipment such as dump trucks, excavators, and drills, among others; • Performing basic maintenance on mining machinery and equipment; • Monitoring and minimizing the environmental impact of mining operations, ensuring procedures comply with environmental regulations; • Collecting ore and rock samples for laboratory analysis; • Detailed recording of mining activities, including production, maintenance, safety, and environmental impact reports.
