(Position eliminated at 8 months due to company acquisition by PE)

• Developed new business portfolio for commercial food and Vitamin E division resulting in a $3 Million sales, 27 customers with 20% year after-year growth. These included MCT Oil, Glycerin, Vitamin E, Soy Protein and Lecithin ingredients. • Oversaw import and export of raw materials, understanding of logistics and FDA regulations. • Lead new marketing initiatives resulting in updates to Wilmar food website, SEO, and LinkedIn campaigns.
