Responsible for leading the initiation phase of the project by setting the design of the solution.

o Gather and collect enough information and perform current state assessment of the customer’s IT environment. o Draw and understand the customer’s network topology and system architecture. o Develop professional RFP, RFI, and RFQ response document for government and public tenders. o Assist in project implementation (Cabling, IP configurations, racking, power, cooling, etc.)

o Network and System Monitoring: Permanent surveillance of technical systems monitored by the NOC tools (network, systems, security). o Trouble ticketing ownership: Open, authenticate customer, update, own and close tickets
