As a Supply Chain Manager, it is my responsibility for overseeing & managing the overall supply chain, logistics strategy & operations to maximize efficiency & productivity. I coordinate & monitor the movement of goods, services, & information for our facility ensuring that the process runs smoothly & is cost-effective. I also have a focus on 5S, Lean, & continuous improvement to ensure that we are meeting the needs of the company as we grow.

Develop a statistical demand plan to improve product mix and appropriate levels of inventory. · Review/ analyze historical sales data/ trends to optimize future forecasts and to inform strategies and action plans. · Order raw materials & packaging components. · Determine and maintain safety stock levels of raw materials & finished good products. · Track monthly forecast error to identify contributing factors & work with production to adjust the inventory levels on site for sales and service. · Work with R&D, Sales, Marketing & Engineering to determine timelines for the collection of promotional & new SKU forecasts. · Liaise with Sourcing & Production on weekly, monthly, & long-range forecasts. · Become brand volume expert through understanding consumption & shipment trends in addition to category & industry dynamics. · Attend weekly S&OP & forecast/production planning meetings. · Continuous improvement of forecasting process to minimize forecast error & implement lean manufacturing processes. · Create relationships & implement networks for vendors to ensure stewardship within the company.
