Leads the activities of the Manufacturing Plants for our Network Infrastructure and Data Centers Businesses, China (APAC), Romania (EMEA), Orland Park (USA), Mexico and Costa Rica (LATAM); with a key goal of optimizing all aspects of operational performance in line with the Business and GSC strategy. Responsible for meeting or exceeding the annual goals defined for Safety, Quality, Service level and Financial performance at the same time instilling a culture of Operational Excellence across the manufacturing sites. Engage in a key partnership with the Business Unit working with Product and Commercial teams to develop the supporting manufacturing strategy to achieve business goals and define solutions to short-, medium- and long-term issues including but not limited to resolving customer service issues, adjusting capacity, supporting the NPI process and reacting to market or business demands for lower manufacturing costs or faster service

Responsible for enterprise wide CX and fulfillment strategy and execution, leading a team of leaders responsible for functional planning and execution within their CX, Warehousing, distribution, fulfilment and logistics functions worldwide for Panduit (North America, LATAM, EMEA & APAC) Key deliverables in this strategic role are achieving perfect customer order execution, striving to meet the complete requirements of the customer in terms of accuracy, delivery and timeliness. This function will manage the front-line day to day interactions with our customers; translating customer requirements into something that the organization can deliver, acting as the principle advocate for the customer within the Panduit organization, and ensuring resolution of all queries to a high level of customer satisfaction. This role also has responsibility to fulfill orders per requirements, via Panduit’s global network of distribution centers and theater supply chain teams, ensuring that finished goods and materials are available as required, and that the warehousing, order preparation and logistical processes are well designed and operate optimally to meet or exceed customer needs. Ultimately this role is about ensuring perfect order fulfillment and 100% customer satisfaction.

  Oversee the profit/loss of regional operations consisting of production, manufacturing engineering, maintenance, materials, purchasing, tool & die, and shipping & receiving. Provide leadership, strategy and execution of the manufacture and delivery of high-quality, cost-effective customer-specified products. Work with other senior leaders to ensure that the global strategies, programs and resources align with key objectives to support the Company’s overall business needs and strategies worldwide. Panduit CR is the largest operation of the Company (+1400 employess on site), with a variety of processes and technologies, including: Fiber Optics, Molding of high performance and specialized Cable Ties, Molding and Assembly of copper cables and products, data and power outlets, jacks and connectors, Molds/Tool/Dies Design and Fabrication.  

Senior responsibility with direct report to the Country Manager in a large operation (+1400 Employees in Site); including Fiber Optics, Molding Cable Ties, Molding and Copper Cable Manual Assembly, Tool & Die design and fabrication. Leads Site Engineering group integrated by more than 80 Engineers and Tool Makers/Designers. Establishes department strategic plans, operational objectives and work plans, and delegates assignments to subordinate managers. Ensures products, processes and technologies are introduced,designed, and re- designed to meet the organizations objectives of Cost and Quality. Accountable for Site Engineering performance with strong coordination with different Business Units.

Senior responsibility for the Molding, Tool Room and Identification Products Plant, reporting to the Country Manager; with global responsibility for the Outlet FG’s. Leading a high complex operation which includes 40 molding machines; Tools, dies & molds Design, CAD Programming and Fabrication Shop; components to used either locally or in other Panduit facilities. In charge of 240+ employees, including Materials (buying, planning and scheduling); Engineering, Production, Designers and Precision Mechanics in a 24/7 operation. Responsible for attaining all Safety, Financial, Quality and Service KPM’s.

Senior Manufacturing responsibility including all aspects of Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Technical, EHS,Planning and Logistics. Responsible to attain business plan in all manufacturing KPI’s, highly focused in production delivery, cost, effectiveness, capital investment, machinery installation and staff management & development. In charge of seven middle managers and up to 180 indirect staff, with direct report to the General Manager and dotted line to the Manufacturing Business Leader in USA.

Worldwide role reporting directly to the Manufacturing VP in USA with assignments in the five continents. Broad range of responsibilities, driving high visibility enterprise improvement projects, with direct impact in the business P&L. Major focus in improvement of Quality, Cost and Delivery in assigned units, this by the appropriate application of a comprehensive set of Lean – Six Sigma tools trough sound leadership skills.

Based in Christchurch New Zealand, Senior responsibility for the effective management and leadership of the manufacturing capability. This includes all aspects of throughput, production, quality, delivery and staff management. Responsible to deliver on the goals and objectives in the manufacturing business plan and contribute to the broader strategic decision making of the business. Responsible for create and sustain a workforce and production engagement. In charge of 15 direct reports and up to 225 lindirect, in an large operation consisting in five factories, running 24 hours six days a week.

In charge of Planning, Scheduling and Production Control activities according to the sales plan, optimizing plant resources such as labor, machinery and raw materials. Production control follow up across all manufacturing phases, guaranteeing market necessities were fulfilled on time. Also in charge of Raw Materials Warehouse and WIP Management and Improvement. In addition promoted to Lean – Six Sigma enterprise coordinator, with dotted report line to the General Manager.

Process engineering activities for new products introduction into the portfolio. Also, in charge of Lean Six Sigma implementation, with dotted reporting line to Headquarters Global Lean Champion. This includes processes and tools such as: Pull kanban, bottleneck management process, quick changeover (SMED), level loading process based on customer demand, kaizen events, 5´S, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, etc. All of these were deployed and installed across the entire enterprise and even in some other units. Appointed as SMED Leader for Corporation.

To provide extrusion and plastics process engineering and technical support in order to achieve and improve factory OEE, throughput and productivity. The focus of this position is over Machinery (Improvement and Reliability), Method (SMED Routines, Lean - Six Sigma projects), Materials (cheaper raw materials trials, critical to process variables standardization) and Measurement (Setting standards, monitoring performance and developing recovery plans).

Same as extrusion engineering scope, but in all metallurgy machinery. Also Tools and Guides workshop coordinator, including activities such as: Tooling design, order requests, tools inventories management and budget elaboration and control for the process engineering department.

Responsible for the front line leadership of employees and for the operational performance of the electrical cables and compounding factory, and its machinery. Achieving specific results providing excellent production throughput and quality through staff management, resource management and production direction

Implementation of machinery and process flow layouts for a production capacity expansion in accordance with the DFM principles (Demand Flow Manufacturing).
