* Monitor and Manage physical inventory of materials / spare parts. Make sure that all stock items are in the system and in line with the coding standards * Responsible for stock replenishment, review availability of stock items, raise purchase request and coordinate with purchasing team. * Supervising all warehouse-related rigging jobs and ensuring safe practices are followed while loading and off-loading materials. * Responsible for proper storage and housekeeping of materials based on requirement, proposing space optimization methods, and provide various inventory related reports. * Mastering the material and stores procedures, and Inventory system. * Specify and Order all equipment needed for each operations and work with the purchasing team to provide it in time. * Mastering the custom (import/export) procedure, and coordinate/ track with the agent all company and partners shipment
