With more than 28 years of experience — including 14 years in the insurance and financial services ecosystem — my career was built on a strong technology foundation and evolved into executive leadership roles focused on business transformation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. Throughout my trajectory, I have led high-complexity operations and strategic projects, combining technology, governance, and customer-centricity to generate scale, efficiency, and long-term value. My experience spans leadership roles at CAIXA Seguradora, CSH, and, most recently, as CEO of CAIXA Consórcio, where I drove digital transformation initiatives and positioned the business among the leading players in the national market. Currently, I serve as Executive Director at CNP Seguradora, integrating the Executive Committee and leading the Consórcio* business line. In this role, my mission is to strengthen the strategic positioning of consórcio within the company’s portfolio, foster innovation, and accelerate partnerships and business models aligned with the CNP Group’s long-term vision. I am deeply committed to ESG principles, promoting diversity, inclusion, and responsible growth — always with a focus on delivering solutions that help Brazilian families and businesses plan, build, and achieve their future.
