Leading internal Language Development Coordinators team, within Global Resource Management, responsible of overseeing text loc vendors quality • Promptly implementing preventive or corrective quality measures at project level, liaising with RM Project Resourcing team and Production; • Monitoring and evaluating vendor performance with structured quality framework evaluations, analyzing quality trends over time and identifying gaps; • Selecting text loc vendors, identifying most suitable profiles matching set criteria / requirements; • Defining strategies and trainings to improve quality over time; • Creating and developing relationships with vendor community

Responsible of Language Project Leads team / Internal Italian Reviewers team / Italian freelancers • VM activity: selecting and onboarding ITA freelancers; assigning ITA projects to freelancers based on availability, expertise, costs. Rates negotiation. • Assigning projects to the Internal Teams, balancing workload and working together and support the teams' members in performing according to project instructions, client's expectations and Company's procedures • Working with PMs, Producers, Production Manager and Text Resource Management to determine workflow, best processes to follow and tools to use in order to maximize productivity and minimize costs • Defining growth-plans for teams' members; providing constant feedbacks and evaluations; setting targets; defining training needs

• Coordinating multilanguage projects from beginning (text analysis) to end (bugfixing), giving linguistic support to translators answering queries, managing glossaries and reference materials; • Granting quality and uniformity across all different languages, performing predelivery linguistic checks and reviews; • Team working with all colleagues and depts involved in the loc process • Training new Linguistic Coordinators / interns, giving support for any linguistic task performed in-house, and new Project Managers, providing them with all necessary information for cooperating with Linguistic department efficiently • CAT tools
