UK based and Caribbean raised, Elena Lapetra, a self-described proud Latina, is the Co-Founder and Chief Energy Officer at S7RONGER and former Commercial Director of Stages Indoor Cycling. She has spent the last 18+ years having a blast in the Fitness and Sports industry, and is passionate about the work she started in 2018 engaging and empowering every woman in the fitness industry, to rise to her fullest potential. Serving as the Commercial Director at Stages Indoor Cycling, Elena played a major role in launching Stages Indoor Cycling in the U.K. Through her commitment to this role, she helped Stages to go from a new brand in a crowded market place to a leader and trend setter. Prior to this, Elena worked as a Head of Schwinn and StairMaster U.K & Ireland and at various roles within Amer Sports Corporation.
