Elena Tesser

I work with advertisers and show producers to create custom marketing solutions and branded content that generates value for the Hispanic consumer, the brand, and NBCUniversal's Hispanic networks, Telemundo and NBC Universo. My workflow spans all the way from pre-sale-- responding to RFPs-- to post-sale, where I serve as liaison between our content producers, sales leadership, and clients and advertising agencies to see the campaign through to completion. Our work is platform agnostic and leverages Telemundo's linear, digital, and social platforms, as well as NBC's partnerships with Facebook, Instagram, Buzzfeed, Youtube, Snapchat, and Vox Media.

SIS International Research is a global market research and market intelligence firm. As an intern, my responsibilities included: translating data and interviews in Spanish; conducting industry interviews for clients in Spanish and English; researching growth opportunities for domestic and international clients focused on expansion into Latin America; and writing research and project proposals.

Phillip Jeffries is an international manufacturer and importer of luxury home furnishings. As a marketing intern, I was responsible for: assisting with coordination and creation of all launch marketing and sales tools including brochures, pricelists, training packages, eblasts, etc; assisting in logistics of all launch components being produced and delivered to vendors, showrooms and reps on deadline to make August launch date; tracking and archiving press coverage and updating web with new press coverage; assisting in the maintenance and development of web installation galleries and internal image archives, as well as updating company social media sites; and maintaining marketing image archives – new product, marketing collateral and installations.

Bergen Mama is a website serving moms and families in the Bergen County, NJ area. My responsibilities included: researching, reviewing, and writing articles about upcoming events and local businesses; inputting and publishing data regarding current promotions; organizing and improving layout/ efficiency of website; representing Bergen Mama at local events and interacting with media and attendees; and training personnel on software use, procedure, and general conduct.
