- Review customer inquiries and preparing sales quotations for Malaysia region focussing on building services and general industries. - Provide technical assistance to end user and dealers - Prepare sales order entry into Navision - Provide support and consultation to Sales Team during tendering stage - Preparing technical documents and datasheet for project submission - Assist in FAT testing and documentation preparation - Assist in tender interviews and exhibition

- Review all enquiries from Sales Managers and APAC Sales team. - Propose animal rendering solutions along with process design and equipment scope for the quotation preparation. - Prepare mass balance, sales costing, sale quotation and sales contract. - Coordinating plant layout and flow diagram with drawing team. - Liase with freight forwarder and purchasing team for marginal cost calculation. - Attend project handover meeting for project execution and commissioning.

- Review customer's enquiry along with preparation of technical quotations tailored according to customer’s requirement punctually. - Providing technical assistance / support to customers and sales department in collaboration with Team Customized Solutions - Providing basic technical reviews and assistance to project teams when necessary. - Provide consultation to distributors and end users to ensure requirements and specifications are met. - Provide technical, compliance sheet, deviations for customers -Review motor specifications and request pricing from purchasing in case necessary - Experience in communicating with Europe and Middle East countries mainly Germany and France - Experience in pump indoor sale environment - Coaching / supervising juniors on their daily task - Hosting bi weekly technical support meetings

Business Development Group Intern - Participate in external marketing events - Presenting product aspects and operations to sales and business development team internally - Provide pre-sales support to sales team and customers - Perform business analytics such as product performance and sales history - Conduct laboratory testing and sampling to fulfil customer needs.
