In this position I have 2 main roles: - responsible at Italy level for HR systems implementation, digitalization and process automations (12k employees, 100+ HR users in scope) -responsible al global level for HR reporting and people analytics, providing KPI dashboards and data insights for HR and management (8k managers, 600+ HR users in scope) Expert on Project Management around HR systems implementation and data analytics, deep knowledge of Oracle HCM, Peoplesoft, PowerBI, SAP Business Object, RPA.

My key roles as HR Systems & Analytics Manager are: - to deploy central and local projects dealing with corporate and regional HR and IT functions - to drive the digitalization of HR processes and evolution to new tools and technologies - to analyze HR data trends and insights to support data-driven decisions - to have a wide knowledge of all HR processes and tools to coordinate change management projects

Inside Italy Human Resources team I'm in charge of the following activities: - Deployment and coordination of projects related to HR Systems (user requirements analysis, testing of new features, communication plan and documentation, enhancement requests) - Key User of HR Systems, assuring the daily support to around 10000 employees and HR team in Italy - Reporting on HR data and analysis of Key Performance Indicators of the HR function - Reference for Quality Management Systems and Business Continuity Management Systems, coordinating internal and external audits.
