- Prepare, administer and coordinate the running of training programs - To develop and maintain employee training record database - Up keep and maintain training related system - Manage company training budget and generate monthly report on the utilization of training fund - Assist Head of L&D in conducting organization training needs analysis (TNA) and plot out yearly training plan / calendar for the organization - To liaise with HRDF/HRDC for training grant and claims - To conduct briefing and training if deems fit - To assist to organize in-house training, measuring training effectiveness including evaluating training feedback - To assist in implementation of learning related initiatives - To provide high level of excellence in facilitation skills and deliver training programs which active engagement with participation by staff - Drafting of any written communication related to Learning & Development activities.

- Execute day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties - Ensure all HR operation processes and documents such as appointment, confirmation, transfer, resignation etc are maintained and captured in the database accurately - Conduct on-boarding and integration programs for new hires - To advise the employees on HR Policies and company guidelines - Deal with department managers on hiring requirements - Conduct pre-screening interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions - Assessing applicants knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions - Compile paper works for new hires - Update recruitment reports to the recruitment manager - Assist he HR team in executing and coordinating the full spectrum of associate learning and development activities - Responsible to facilitate and coordinate all training programs (in-house, internal & external) as per the approved Training Plan - To liaise with the staff and Head of Department monitoring and coordinate KPI
