Developing new branded products for seasonal launches, homewares, plush items, jewellery and cosmetics, frames, kitchenware and textiles, figurines, including fashion accessories. Managing various projects, research and develop ranges, write briefs, source suppliers, negotiate costs, maintain costing sheet, place orders  Follow product life cycle from design concept through to production

Managing customer accounts, dealing with and maintaining customer base, building good customer working relationships both corporate and public. Traveling to Far East and Europe visiting suppliers and customers. Responsible for liaising with factories, fabric suppliers and negotiating prices. Responsible for organising international sales meetings in UK and abroad, venues and entertainment. Responsible for models and fashion shoots and promoting ranges.

Managed key accounts like Marks & Spencer and Debenhams Developed and designed accessories, hats, gloves, scarves. Maintained specification books, pantone colour charts, checking of lab dips, fabrics and print strike offs Organised wearer trials, receipt of protos, counter, pre-production, shipments samples. Management responsibilities for updating customer database, recording delivery of stock, distribution of stock to warehouse, to retail outlets within the UK and abroad. Managed and organised import department, placing orders, scheduling shipping and customs, also supervised assistant and warehouse staff
