 Assists Engineers, Staffs and other employees for their Monthly Over-time & timesheets report especially for taking signatures.  Takes Minutes of Meetings for Project Management, Site Construction & Quality meetings.  Provides material gate pass for incoming and outgoing company stuffs.  Making Local Material Request (LMR) for internal requisition.  Preparing ID application/gate pass for Dragados employees & subcontractors.

Responsible for updating, collating and encoding all production reports. Collate all Daily Production and Inventory Reports. Encodes Daily Stock Movement Reports.
