• Spearheaded the technical and commercial development of Morocco’s first MARPOL-compliant port reception facility for the collection and treatment of oily liquid waste (MARPOL Annex I). • Led the preparation of comprehensive technical studies and tender documents, securing operational authorizations and meeting all environmental, risk, and transboundary waste movement regulations. • Conducted full Environmental Impact Assessments and risk analyses, aligning with national and international compliance standards. • Established and managed key relationships with Tangier Med Special Agency (TMSA) and other port stakeholders, fostering long-term partnerships and operational synergies. • Oversaw daily facility operations, ensuring service efficiency, regulatory adherence, and alignment with sustainability objectives.

• Successfully managed and executed over 10 municipal waste management contracts in major Moroccan cities including Casablanca, Rabat, Tangier, Meknes, and Tetouan, serving millions of residents. • Led the full lifecycle of contract implementation — from technical and financial feasibility studies to bidding, negotiation, mobilization, and operational startup. • Directed cross-functional teams across operations, logistics, finance, HR, and maintenance to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery in line with municipal requirements. • Built and maintained strong working relationships with municipal authorities, regulatory bodies, labor unions, and local communities. • Played a key role in modernizing waste management practices, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards.
