My main duties were:  Improving of company's policies, methodologies, templates  Measure project progress, stakeholder’s expectation and client satisfaction achievement.  Develop work plans and coordinate daily fieldwork and project team efforts.  Work as senior project manager taking roles of program manager and working as project manager for many projects taking roles of all stages of project life cycle.  Initiate and implement best practices, lesson learned , team evaluation and as - built drawing. Projects done:  Construction of residential project of 3050 unit, Sebha, A large project, having to control the daily work of Indian contractor DS CONSTRUCTION PVT ltd. with more than 3000 labors contains multiple nations, languages and laws, Including construction of infrastructure, schools, shopping malls, and other city facilities.  Construction of residential project of 2000 unit, Traghen Libya, Supervision of a large project daily work of Chinese contractor CHANG JIANG ENGINEERING CORPORATION with large stakeholders group.  Construction of road infrastructure projects, Sebha, Libya  Construction of turnkey Hospital extension building, Tripoli.  Construction of Conference Hall of 1500 seats in Sebha, Achieving  Play key role on team that had win major projects with total amount of 17 million $ of consultant services,  Achieving strategic management goals in recruiting and communication.  Region No.1 ranking in consultancy services.
