• Lead Procurement team to efficiently carryout its duties and responsibilities in sourcing, ordering, purchasing, ensuring the best prices as per the specifications, delivery timelines and payment terms. • Ensure work is executed in accordance with the budget, plan & schedule, contract specifications, approved design & drawing, agreed procedures, project Quality Plan, and method statements. • Proper verification of Purchase Request (PR) from the respective Project, review the quotations and comparison are in line with Project requirements, Project Budget, approve to proceed for the Purchase Order and also review the PO is created in compliance with the Project requirements are compiled as per respective Project Documents. • Negotiate all quotations for Suppliers and Subcontract works in order to obtain best competitive price in terms of quality and better payment terms especially open credit. • Prepare Monthly Commercial Report and Procurement Cash Flow summary and submit for Management approval every month. - Attend site meetings with Client, Consultants and Main contractor for co-ordination and execution of projects. • Establish Encouraging and inviting new suppliers or subcontractors, Processing vendor approval including credit application with open credit terms and updating the vendor list upon approval of the same • Preparing LOA upon selection based QCS approval for respective Subcontractor/Supplier in compliance with Project specifications & Project requirements and update the log accordingly. • Preparing Supply & Subcontract Agreement upon approval of material submittal from Consultant with respective scope of work • Preparing Budget and Procurement cost control Tracking sheet • Prepare, Monitor and renew of the MEP annual maintenance contracts for various utilities, Equipment’s and renewal of leave and license agreements. • The Royal Atlantes Hotel Palm Package M4 • Residential complex – J- one Tower • Dorchester Hotel. • The Address Fujairah Resorts.

• Responsible for Suppliers sourcing, prepare RFQ & compare and select suitable supplier • Check specification and contract obligation. • Procure the material from all over the world as the requirement of project specification for building and pipeline projects. • Manage the Purchasing and warehouse team. • Prepare of inquiries and purchase orders. • Coordinate with Site & Planning Engineers for the materials that need to procure as soon as possible and to know the material lead time. • Coordinate with Tendering Department for the Budget of the materials. • Prepare of Material’s Submittal Flow Sheet including material schedule. • Co-ordinate with Consultant, Contractor, Project Manager, draftsmen, and suppliers during the execution of work on site. • Co-ordinate with supplier and sub-contractors for material submittals, deliveries, & execution on site. • Produce weekly reports on work status. • Interact with Supplier Representatives and discuss regarding specifications, costs, inspection, and similar problems relating to parts and equipment • Accountable for negotiating and order finalization with suppliers and contractors • Efficiently preparing purchase orders and submitting to the Suppliers • Proficiently managing Material Requisitions, Local Purchasing Orders, Confirmation of Orders • Responsible for supervising the delivery schedule of the supplier to the warehouse See less
