Selected as one of the national finalists to represent Egypt at the University Challenge Competition on “Food Security in Achieving Community Sustainability”. Competed against 25+ teams from 18 universities worldwide; achieved 🏆 Second Place across the Arab World in Sharjah Government Communication Award and i could secure 🏆 First Place on Egypt. Presented NebtRa, a NASA-data-driven decision-support platform that: Translates SMAP, MODIS, GPM-IMERG satellite data & soil tests into crop recommendations. Provides precision irrigation & fertilization plans using near-real-time environmental data. Detects date-palm diseases via a deep-learning image classifier. Offers interactive maps & overlays for soil moisture, vegetation health, and other key indicators. Led the technical side of the project: pre-processing large NASA datasets, Random Forest crop prediction, CNN disease detection, and a generative-AI agronomy advice layer. Frontend built with Next.js/React, backend with Python/FastAPI. Contributed to bridging the gap between global Earth-observation data and on-the-ground agriculture for sustainable development and food security.

Developed an interactive educational platform to teach students about exoplanets through real-time NASA data, immersive visualizations, and creative simulations. Designed the “Star Seekers” website using WordPress and plugins, enabling users to explore, classify, and design their own exoplanets in an engaging and accessible way.
