Hi there, I'm Eva!I'm a learning design consultant based in Zagreb, Croatia.I spent the last eight years at Coaching.com, one of the largest educational platforms in the coaching industry, working alongside some of the biggest thinkers in the field, including Marcia Reynolds, Peter Hawkins, Lisa Orbe-Austin, and Ann Betz. I managed small and large-scale online programs for cohorts of up to 1,000 participants, and designed courses across an 8-product portfolio generating $2.5M in annual revenue. The average NPS was consistently around 65, well above the B2C education median of 47. Over the years, I witnessed a repeated pattern of courses that used to do really well when delivered live but failed to keep that same level of quality when converted to self-paced.
