I am currently in an Inventory and Fulfillment inter-departmental role. Use of Metrc for tracking and compliance of products is integral. My role is to increase inter-departmental communication and work flow, while performing usual function of order fulfillment (receiving, printing, pulling, creating manifests, and quality control checking) and inventory control. I also help in the receiving of shipments to the warehouse, including verifying weights of bulk product coming in and receiving them through Metrc.

I prepare Sheets for tracking, set up machines and hardware at the Fill Station, and fill cannabis oil into cartridges and Pax pods for smoking/vaping. This includes running several models of Thomson Duke Automatic cartridge filling machines, tracking all aspects from oil and hardware oil, to production (done on Google Sheets). I clean station and machines regularly. Also work with EZCAD and a Class 5 laser engraver in the fulfillment of Pax orders. This includes making files on EZCAD, calibrating the laser, and actual engraving.

Reviewed packages before shipping to check shipping rules and regulations were followed. Communicated with customers about packages and requirements. Kept up to date on shipping regulations (mostly internationally, but within the USA, also). Was in charge of "Dangerous Goods" shipping, and was one of the few certified to perform this function. Wrapped and prepared pallets for mass shipping. Kept Mail-Out area organized, was in charge of a crew of at least two people, and kept them updated on changing rules. Wrote the SOP for the Mail-Out Department, Dangerous Goods processing, and how to prepare for shipping/paperwork at Day's End before departure.

Provided excellent customer service through conversation and destination suggestions while safely and efficiently navigating to pick up passengers and get them to their destinations, as well as returning forgotten items when needed.

Provided excellent customer service and problem solving while running cash register/managing multiple payment methods, producing money orders and cashier's checks, cleaning, stocking, and using suggestive selling techniques.

I started out as the Weekend Party Hostess with the responsibilities of setting up before each party, preparing food, handling cash register; provided excellent customer care throughout the party, and completed ending clean up. I also worked as a Session Supervisor in which I opened the skating rink, managed the cash register, completed beginning and ending session paperwork. I was responsible for keys to the main doors as well as a code to the safe in the office. Supervised music selections and conduct of employees and customers during skate sessions.
