Managing research projects, attending and organizing meetings with clients, taking active part insight meetings, conducting qualitative research methods (in-depth interviews, ethnographic visits), being responsible of customer relations, writing objective oriented proposals for clients both in English and Turkish, monitoring all processes of the project from timing, fieldwork to analysis and reporting, assisting team leader, managing international projects and communicating with international clients, working on journey projects for various categories (education, insurance, mortgage etc.).
