I’m Ejiroghene Udu, founder and CEO of Premium Power Solutions Ltd., where we design and deploy reliable temporary and permanent power solutions that help businesses stay productive despite Nigeria’s power challenges.Beyond operations, my work sits at the intersection of energy, systems, and people. I founded a Technician Academy in 2024 to build globally competent, certified technicians and create financially independent men and women through structured vocational training, safety standards, and real-world exposure.I hold an Executive MBA from Lagos Business School and bring hands-on experience across power rentals, generator maintenance, and energy operations.
