As a senior director of operations at Medical Devices with a proven track record of successfully managing a multi-disciplinary team globally I am taking responsibility for defining requirements, delivering and assembling medical devices to hospitals. I am ongoing managing the production processes as well as designing and developing new devices, its parts, and raw materials, as well as supervising module programming and its development. Part of my job is recruiting and training professionals in Israel and the USA for the production, operation, and assembly of the equipment. I am working closely with factories in China while controlling compliances, guiding and training employees. Successfully collaborating with leading hospitals and companies in Israel and the USA while managing a budget of $20 million. I am providing pilot tests for medical equipment. For the US I ran a pilot of 70 devices in 7 different hospitals while ensuring compliance with local medical regulations.

While working at Biovo Technologies for over 10 years I served as a COO. I managed and led cross-functional teams, including regulatory and production employees, development engineers, and marketing specialists. My job included training employees, transferring production lines, and managing engineering processes in compliance with FDA, CE, and ISO regulations. I possessed the strong ability to drive product development and improve existing products through the design and implementation of advanced raw materials. My job included conducting production control in China and negotiating with suppliers, which resulted in many successful contracts. My successes include leading the development of companies’ three strategic products and it is worth mentioning that I had a significant influence on improving company value, as demonstrated by the successful purchase of a company for $40 million, a 1000% increase from the initial value.

In the last 2 years I have been working as a Mechanical engineer . During this period I have been responsible for establishing the company's facilities by building a clean room and R&D lab. My main duties are to provide engineering coating solutions which include hydrophilic & hydrophobic, silicone, polyurethane and several other types, to help and design customers prototypes.
