An overall performance at humanitarian issues and duties regarding minor’s nutrition,health,education and entertainment. Showing enthusiasm and gaining the trust of beneficiaries so to do as much activities as we could. Being a positive role-model so to promote the involvement and their participation. Create a welcoming & Caring environment, child friendly atmosphere within the shelter. Main duties involved: · Escort beneficiaries for their medical treatment, excursion, appointments in general and activities. · Supervised and support children at all times, whilst on duty, taking all steps to ensure their safety, protection and wellbeing. · Daily room check, laundry, patrolling the corridors of the shelter; making sure safety and silence is quaranteed · Ensure the in & out form is filled in and the door is locked so that no one from outside the shelter come inside. · Reporting my concerns relating to their physical & psychological wellbeing to social workers.

Main focus here is the day to day running of the business and administrative tasks.Responsible for providing a friendly welcome and high quality service over the phone to quests arriving at the hotel.Constantly portraying a highly professional image of the hotel and paying particular attention to quest satisfaction and efficiency. Main duties involved: · General administration,including filing and database updating. · Welcoming quests,dealing with late arrivals and assisting with early check-outs · Taking payment from quests in the form of cash or credit cards. · Operating Outlook for sending and receiving e-mails. · Being a point of contact for quests should they have any queries. · Arranging for brief tours of the hotels rooms and facilities. · Operating switchboard and directing calls appropriately · Dealing with and resolving customer complaints. · Checking function sheets · Managing group bookings for conferencing,restaurant and accomodation. · Keeping up to date on all hotel products,services,pricing & promotional offers. · Provide information and literature about the hotel in person and via telephone. · Ensuring all relevant paperwork has been completed in order for a smooth hand -over at the end of the shift.

I have been providing Support to this department by organizing and supervising staff in order to maintain the cleanliness and provision of hotel.Main tasks included: · Managing room and facilities · Keeping track of warehouse supplies · Dealing with and resolving customer complaints · Providing quidance to staff and supervising store.
