Stepped into a dual role combining line management with strategic governance during Gigafactory ramp-up. • Built the CI governance architecture for the department from the ground up: designed the KPI structure, reporting cadence, and execution framework for a team of Engineers, creating consistency and accountability. • Appointed Task Force Lead for site-wide strategic prioritisation: coordinating high-priority initiatives across functions, applying structured problem-solving and performance data to direct resources toward highest-impact opportunities. • Built and implemented Quality Management Systems for new production lines, standardizing processes, policies, and procedures ahead of Gigafactory ramp-up and ensuring consistent governance against ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. • Led APQP activities, PPAP submissions and safe-launch strategy. • Supported internal and external certification audits during system build-out, managing findings and corrective actions. • Built engagement and capability across the organisation, coaching and developing engineers, technicians, and operators in structured problem-solving and quality principles.

• Managed 30+ industrial projects for OEM customers in automotive, aerospace, and medical sectors. • Led the ACoMedIn research programme using the V-model framework, structured R&D spanning requirements, development, verification, and validation across a complex multi-party project. • Built and delivered company's first ISO 9001 certification. • Managed technical consulting relationships with OEM customers in regulated industries, responsible for project scoping, delivery, and stakeholder communication in an international environment.

• Successfully delivered both theoretical and practical lectures to engineering students, providing hands-on experience in metallographic processes and microstructural analysis. • Brought industry relevance into the classroom through real-world case studies from high-stakes industries.

Testing Facility Lightweight Technology department • Conducted thermal and mechanical characterization of composite materials and polymers used in high-performance automotive applications, ensuring material reliability for the Audi R8 production. • Performed differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), dilatometry, and tensile testing, analysing thermal stability, expansion behaviour, and mechanical strength of lightweight structures. • Gained practical experience in composite manufacturing techniques through hands-on training in hand lay-up composite moulding, broadening knowledge in advanced material processing. • Played a pivotal role in planning a state-of-the-art testing laboratory for advanced material evaluation at AUDI, supporting the development of next-generation lightweight materials for the automotive industry.

Advanced Technical Ceramics division • Conducted zeta potential analysis to evaluate the stability and dispersion behavior of ceramic powders in aqueous suspensions, ensuring optimal processing conditions for advanced technical ceramics. • Gained expertise in colloidal chemistry and suspension characterization, contributing to the development of high-performance ceramic materials for industrial applications.
