Responsible for inventory receiving and issuing, reporting, documentation cycle, and working with SAP and Microsoft O ice (Excel & Word). Receive and inspect materials, ensuring compliance with purchase orders and invoices. Accurately record inventory items using both manual and electronic warehouse systems. Organize and arrange warehouse storage according to proper storage standards to maintain product quality. Conduct periodic and surprise stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with records. Prepare detailed inventory reports and submit them regularly to management. Coordinate with Purchasing, Accounting, and Production departments to ensure material availability. Comply with occupational health and safety procedures within the warehouse. Reduce losses and damaged items while improving overall inventory management e iciency.
