GRP (Government Resource Planning): A business management web application that manages the hospital resources and includes many modules, like HR, direct purchase, tenders, financial cycles, stock management. I worked in Direct Purchase, Tender Key features: • Departments can create tender / purchase requests. • Top management can accept requests, and let contracts / purchasing department to advertise it in newspapers. • System let vendors add their bids. • System completes process and let hospital and accepted vendor to digitally sign contract. • System generates purchase orders, GRNs, and certificates. Financial Cycles Key features: • Creates receive orders, and receipts. • Generate pay orders and settlements. • Issuing advances. • Payroll. Key tools: • Spring 3.2, Maven 3.2, Java SE 1.6, JSF 2.1, prime faces 4.0, hibernate 3.6, Oracle DB. --------------------------- Inpatient Electronic Prescription: A web site that helps doctors to write a prescription to the patients and send it automatically to pharmacy. Key features: • Doctors can add prescriptions under some medicine restrictions. • Consultants should accept the pending restricted prescriptions. • There is many pharmacies and may pharmacists in each pharmacy. • Pharmacists use a real-time screen to serve requests. • Pharmacists can update, accept, reject, comment any request. Key tools: • Java 1.6, JSF 2.0, PrimeFaces 3.0.1, xHTML, hibernate 3.5, Oracle Database. ------------------------ Symposium: a web site that advertises all PSMMC conferences. Key features: • Each conference has information about program, speakers, committee, how to register, fees, venue, and call for abstract. • Visitors can register to attend the conference, and also save their information for further conferences. • Users can be categorized to 5 types with different privileges. • There is an administration site; to administer the application. Projects GDocViewer: A swing application that scans, edits, manages documents at king Khalid University hospital (Archiving system). Key features: • User logon under specific privileges and can view patient’s documents. • User can edit, and add information about patient document. • User can scan pages and add it to the patient document. Key tools: •Java 1.6, hibernate 3.0, Swing, JIDE tools, Applets, JNLP, Oracle DB. -------------------- Financial Services: some financial web services at ministry of high education (MOHE). Key tools: • Java 1.4, Web Services, JDBC, Oracle DB. -------------------- Market watch: a web site that informs Saudi citizens about the prices of main and essential products for them. Key features: • Each hyper market weekly feeds system with its products prices • Each Thursday website updates products prices. • User can compare prices of a product from different markets. Key tools: • Java 1.4, Struts, JDBC, Oracle DB. -------------------- CMS tables: a web site that helps officer to write the students of excellence their time table at king Khalid University hospital. Projects MyAttendance: a web site that manages employee’s attendance, and their weekly activities, and also their different types of vacations. Key features: • Web site consists of main 3 modules • First module is for managing the daily attendance of employees and reporting to their managers. • Second one for employees to write their weekly activities that they done, then they send it to their mangers for taking actions. • Third Module for employees to request different types of vacations, and waiting for acceptance or modification from their mangers or HR mangers.
