With over 35 years of extensive experience in call center operations and Business Process Outsourcing services (BPO). including 19 years in general management, I have a proven track record in leading successful ventures. My career at ACCENTURE spanned over 14 years and reached its pinnacle with the establishment and leadership of ECCO Gulf WLL in Qatar. During my tenure as Customer Services Manager for DHL Egypt and Call Center Manager for DHL KSA, both divisions of the global courier company DHL, I honed my skills for 3 years. Currently, I hold the esteemed position of Managing Director at ECCO Gulf Business Process Outsourcing Services (BPO). Over the years, I have spearheaded the establishment of more than 9 contact center operations across various countries, including Qatar, Egypt, and KSA. I have also provided strategic guidance to numerous local clients in Qatar, offering expertise in contact center strategy, organization, performance improvement programs, and technology implementation. My areas of expertise include designing outsourcing contact centers, business development, and providing tailored solutions for ECCO Gulf and its clients.
