Association "Lyderė" is an organization, that unites C-level women and men. Together we seek to change society to stereotype-free as well as encourage women for the leadership.

The Vilnius Millennium Rotary Club is an organization that unites influential leaders and thinkers for a shared purpose: to promote stronger citizenship in Lithuania. We are organizing the Citizenship festival and partnering in organization of the Researchers Grand Prix.

- Creating, communicating and implementing the organization's vision, mission, and overall direction - Leading, guiding, directing, and evaluating the work of other leaders - Representing the organization in variuos events, visits - Creating a learning organization that will continue to grow and flourish and enhance the skills and abilities of employees - Demonstrating leadership in LEAN culture implemention

- Alignment of company's strategic directions, goals and supervision of it's implementation - Confirmation of strategic investments - Supervision of company activities aimed at achieving strategic goals.

- Sales development to achieve company's profitability - Cost reduction by reviewing business processes - Selection and formation proper leadership in the company - Ensure the targets achieved in line with campany's strategic goals

- Ensure Service desk daily work quality; - Manage the performance of services to clients (24 x 7, 365 days per year); - Ensure that service levels are achieved in line with contracts - Ensure continual development and motivation of Service desk team - Continue building ITIL based Service desk, preparing internal KPI monitoring system - Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
