Plastic injection Process&Technology Lead Expert for whole Bursa Plants (232 Tool & 40 Machine); - General support in the field of plastics for series and new product groups as machine , material , tool , hot runner , temperature control units, dryers , auto material dosage system -New product development member for plastics -Tool Supplier management/ project management -Competence management responsible for maintenance & processes & machines & injection tools -Commissioning responsible for new technologies and products -Tpm support for series and new products

Plastics support to whole Bursa plants.

All serial plastic line's KPI followings for production requirements. Support and lead production lines as continuous improvement (CIP) and process improvement activities to achieve target OEE & IDC level. Moulding tool management and commissioning based on customer allocation including moulding tool maintenance and recursions. Defining of plastic injection machine concept and maintenance properties. Commissioning of new and reused plastic injection lines. Leading of lean manufacturing in order to achive targets.

• Ramp-up and industrialization leader at plastic injection machine and plastic injection tools • Directing of assembly lines which have new automated technologies (Plastic injection , overmoulding , automatic handling , robotics , automatic plastic material feeding, camera checks and sensors) • Support and lead production lines as continuous improvement (CIP) and process improvement activities • Preparing of production documentation like control plans , production and parameter instructions • Ensure that all machines, tools and processes are running in accordance to the prescribed process tolerances (Monitoring of MINITAB with SPC methods) • Performing preventative maintenance on injection molding/machine equipment and coordinate repairs where necessary. • Coordination of supplier selection for related project with collaboration of purchasing and process department (NPI) • Managing of domestic and foreign tooling suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of tools and parts. Ensure all aspects of the tool creation process; including the design, construction, trials, qualification plans, maintenance plans, and final parts all meet specifications before final approval and qualification of the tools. (DFM) (DFC) • Tool design evaluation and approval, tool correction plan preparation (Solidworks and Moldflow) • Completing of DOE’s in order to enhance processes and improve quality. • Leading supplier improvements in scalability, cost, and quality. • Utilizing of 8D methodology regarding customer complaints • Monitoring of internal and additional defect cost for plastic injection lines. • Supporting of digitalization project • Supporting quality methods such as SPC, FMEA, machine and measurement capabilities that follow product specifications and guarantee desired results • Managing of localization projects with collaboration of quality, process, purchasing and development team. • Ensuring of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for yearly targets. • 3D printing user (Formlabs)

• Coordinating of Nobel Russia, Nobel UK , Nobel Romania , ORAU Karacabey, ORAU Bursa, ORAU Gemlik activities and where the plastic is in the Orhan Group with 15 people whom are under my responsibility. • Drive an efficient and optimized plastic engineering organization • Ensuring of team motivation by social and special activities. • Training of related peoples as Production, Purchasing and R&D member • Providing of key inputs and leadership into transformational process developments. • Interact closely with core team members, sourcing, quality, and global vendors to meet project deliverables and goals • Following time plan, team members , kaizen, improvements and quality problems by KPI (Key Performance Indicator) • Knowledge of materials resins, plastics and understand how parts can be manufactured and assembled using design for manufacturing (DFM) and design to cost principals. • Design of experiment • Continuously improve the tracking and reporting of sustaining supplier activities (tool needs), such as duplication and replacement by entering all needed data into the sustaining tooling app • Directing and monitoring of machine capacity for domestic and foreign ORAU plants. • Supporting to usage of injection machines, parameter and mold setup to global and local plants. • Preparing and making to FMEA's, Synoptic, Plastic Injection Instructions ,Plastic Injection Parameters and capabilities of plastic parts • Supporting and solving quality problems with collaboration of other departments. • Lean improvement activities • Making presentation of monthly activities to management side • Developing to productions in order to increase product quality and productivity • Preparation of technical molding tool specifications and standards (Steel type,cavity, size,hot runner, connector , coating selection etc.) • Monitoring of tool spare part quantity to ensure product sustainability

Supporting and managing to Global Company of Orhan Group as Nobel Russia, Nobel Romania, Nobel UK and Turkey location related to Plastic and Plastic moulds for development of plastics on different locations. Managing and following to big plastic projects between Italy,Romania and Russia in order to industrialization of the moulds according to customer requirements from Orhan Group. Decision of cavities,machine tonages and parameters Material trials and organizations Support to usage of injection machines,parameter and mould setup to Global Plants Mold approvals and follow-up Preparation of mold specifications and supplier selection Capacity calculations in the regions where the plastic process will be installed Technical support to all factories where the plastics in Orhan Group

Mouldability and mould design controls and approvals FMEA, Synoptic, Control plan, Kaizen and 5S activities Mould cost calculations and supplier selection Mould follow-up and commissioning Injection machine usage and parameter settings Domestic and overseas supplier management according to customer plan Injection KPI and efficiency monitoring Team work with sales, purchasing, design, quality, safety, production and engineering
