Reviewed, prepared, and routing purchase orders for the customers. Manage vendor relationships and oversee order placement, including of raw materials. Responsible for external warehouse; maintains and manages supply-demand balances and inventory levels of key raw materials. Data entry, problem solving and collaboration with supporting departments (Supply Chain Planning, Warehouse, Procurement, Supplier Quality)

Complete client portfolio management, including financial and logistic responsibility. Worked closely with the company’s CEO on a weekly basis for introducing a new system, and with other cross functional teams incl. Sales & Logistics teams.

Order Management (including SAP updates) for Japan area; order entry, communication with Japanese customers. The position required high precision, and the ability to take decisions and prioritize tasks under pressure.
