• Supporting R&D activities in a new multidisciplinary product development project

• Facilitating collaboration in cross functional global teams (R&D (SW & HW): DevOps, Algorithms, Configuration, Integration, QA) by leading weekly & daily status meetings to ensure alignments across all teams • Tender analysis, Performing characterizations, Critical Design Review (CDR), Preliminary Design Review (PDR), Documentation Review, Statement of Work (SOW) and Gantt management • Communicating effective project status, technical issues, risks and recommendations across functional organization and management in a complexed environment • Responsible for full project process from content definition through planning & analyzing resources, communication, problems solving, development tracking until delivery • Responsible for timely delivery of high-quality, high-priority projects. - Creation management and product images maintenance for testing and production - Participate in strategy planning (such as Image Creation Automation) - Create and maintain the formal Image Creation documents - Lead the team involved in process execution (hiring, training, monitoring) - Interact with all relevant stakeholders (software development, IT, testing, manufacturing) - Manage formal processes in Lifecycle Management Systems required by the company's Quality and Regulatory and by the regulators (FDA, EU) - Innovate processes, technologies and execution related to Image Creation - Partner with Cyber security team to assess and release security updates

- Perform validation and testing of hardware and SW for prototypes and products - Accountable for identifying actions to reduce the potential causes lead to failures - Accountable for development of product test strategies in collaboration with project system engineer - Design and documentation of test equipment - formulate test guidelines, acceptance tests procedures, protocols and tests reports. - Design, develop and execute verification and validation tests - plan and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices. - Identify, record, document and track defects during testing - provide test area with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed - Support QA aspects of technology transfer of developed manufacturing processes and new product development from R&D to manufacturing environment

- Managing a production team of 20 employees including mid-team leaders - In charge of a sensitive assembly line of high-level sensor for lungs navigation procedure - Training the department employees, including initial, on-going and corrective training
