Manage transportation operations and courier workforce. Manage all aspects of transportation discipline to include safety and security compliances, route structures and development, personnel scheduling, work load assignments, cost control and metric driven performance. Manage the Human Resources aspect of supervision including performance appraisals, counseling and various performance marker measurements.

Supervise and coordinate the department’s daily operation to ensure safe and efficient transportation of 6100 students. Assist the Director of Transportation in the day-to-day supervision of staff supporting departmental objectives. Plan, develop, and supervise WAC compliant routes and schedules and coordinate exceptions with building administrators and staff.

•Drive strategy, prioritize projects, evaluate, and set expectations. •Direct all aspects of safety training, maintaining state, OSHA, and DOT compliance. •Develop and implement strategies that will increase Safety, Quality, and Performance by researching, compiling, and analyzing current results and past trends. •Review operations, isolate operational inefficiencies, restructure teams, and improve overall production and team morale. •Monitor budget and financial forecasting, tracking expenditures, and monitor financial performance, ensuring consistency with the approved budget. •Audit and approve expenditures, payroll and personnel changes for accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures and maintain administrative and business reports and records. •Develop and implement weekly operating plans to maximize utilization of available personnel and equipment resources. •Participate in the training and career development efforts of Junior management and provide guidance.
