Hi, this is Ee Xuen, stay in KL, graduated from UCSI university, with First Class degree in Business Administration. She has adventurous spirit to challenge what she never tries, she believes learning is never too late and has openness to new culture or trends. My future career roles includes CRM lead, digital marketer and data analyst. As an accounting trainee, she managed and maintained documentation of bills such as customer & supplier invoices, PV, OR and bank statement. Also responsible in data entry works, knock off payments and make bank reconciliation using SQL accounting software. As marketing executive, she was able to update product listing on Alibaba e-commerce, upload photos, videos and update pricing. She also assist in checking food product labeling details whether compliance to local food regulation. She was given opportunity to liaison with 3rd party freight company for arranging shipment matters include get quotation of delivery fee, estimate arrival time, ensure accurateness of details in required docs such as PLCI, K2 form, COO and to confirm tariff code and duty rate. She regularly prepares the sales reports present with graph , sales forecasting, customer complaint reports and update SKU inventory report using Excel. She helps to draft purchase contracts, examine and negotiate contract terms with customers and suppliers, place PO and prepare goods receipts. She also assists in arranging stock withdrawal and review monthly statement from logistic and warehouse service providers.
