- Lead and coordinate activities of new recruiters through onboarding plans, setting weekly goals and expectations. - Assist new hires in managing time and daily recruiter responsibilities. - Lead new hires through training programs in Degreed and Professional Development expectations before attending NRT training. - Schedule and facilitate training shadows, interviews, and role-plays during onboarding and live time. - Facilitate training, coaching sessions, and role plays to build skills and develop talent to maximize recruiter potential and drive results. - Meet training expectations and hold others accountable to set training standards. - Facilitate ongoing workshops for skill development. - Provide developmental feedback, coaching, and positive reinforcement to new recruiter cohort, fostering a culture of feedback and ongoing development. - Work with Recruiters Leads, Specialization Leads, and Account Managers nationally to reinforce recruiting fundamentals after initial 6 weeks of training and introduce specialized technology training. - Conduct trainees’ reviews with respective lighthouses at the end of 13 weeks to ensure successful completion of training. - Partner with other Onboarding Coaches to share best practices around the training process.
