• Creating annual planning, budgeting and schedule for IT Programmer Division according to the company's vision and mission. • To be responsible on planning and budgeting implementation. • To ensure that the information technology plan and development are comply with the company needs. • To ensure that every implementation of information technologies are able to reduce duplication of work, accelerate the business process and make it more effective and efficient and relieve the human error possibility. • To maintain software asset management. • To ensure the legality from every software that the company used. • To determine the database and the programming language that will be use in application development. • To determine the database and the programming language that will be use in application development. • To manage IT Programmer Division using IT framework like Information Technology Infrastructure Library and Microsoft Operation Framework so it can comply with ISO 20000 and ISO 27000. • To conduct monthly and annual report based on planning and budgeting execution to the Director. • To help and cooperate with IT Infrastructure Division in planning, developing and implementing needed infrastructure. • To lead IT Infrastructure Division whenever it is necessary. • To keep mutual relationship either with internal or external side. • To be company's representative in any contract with third party. • Frequently update IT Programmer Division competences and knowledges.
