1. Drive indirect materials sourcing at most competitive price both locally and at Low Cost Country (LCC). 2. Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers on the detailed requirement and spec / quality compliance. 3. Generate substantial cost saving via negotiation with the incumbent suppliers and source switching. 4. Analyze buying patterns, products and suppliers. Drive consolidation and manage spent. 5. Conduct cost and market analysis to benchmark current and potential suppliers. 6. Drive and manage suppliers' overall performance, conduct periodic performance review with vendors. 7. Collaborate with Global Category Manager in cost saving program & material globalization/ standardization initiatives. Drive Auction activities for saving opportunities. 8. Comply to purchasing/sourcing procedures, SOX, ISO procedures and other requirements from time to time. 9. Support company's initiatives on CSR, TQM, Six Sigma, Kaizen/ Lean, etc. 10. Collaborate with Division Category Management and Global Category Management team on sourcing activities domestically and internationally.

1. Responsible for the Quality System documentation preparation. 2. Responsible for the completed buying process of Indirect Material. 3. Responsible for reviewing the indirect Purchase Requisition and source for the material requested at competitive price. 4. Responsible for price negotiation. 5. Responsible for the processing of Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Price comparison and GRN matching. 6. Follow up on the materials ETA / arrival date. 7. Follow up through the feedback on defective rejected material from other departments. 8. Prepare Monthly Procurement Report. 9. Involve in cost down activities implemented by the Company. 10. Involve in construction, tool install / hookup cost validation & benchmarking process. 11. Involved in field of CAPEX equipment purchase, spare parts, tooling, facilities work, maintenance, schedule waste, calibration etc.

1. First point of contact to the customer base for any HR queries. 2. Provide support to the customer based on all core processes provided by HR services. 3. Caseload management, respond to all employee HR queries within agreed SLAs and in line with the processes of the Global Business Services functions. 4. Escalate tasks as appropriate to the broader HR team within agreed SLA and follow up cases until resolution. 6. Review and approve notifications in Workday in line with processes 7. Produce relevant paperwork in line with agreed processes and timelines 8. Administrative and system support on all HR Cycles as required including on-boarding, off-boarding, performance management cycle 9. Maintain and upkeep employees personnel file for employees mainly in APAC.
