Collaborate with design and Production teams from the concept to completion, the clients and construction partners to ensure all parties gain clarity on objectives and project deliverables. Manage staff to deliver the project vision to set budgets and timelines. Review shop drawings and technical drawings from various consultants throughout project phases. Manage third party relationships with contractors,site meetings and management reports. Strategically Manage the entire lifecycle of multiple projects from brief phase, resource allocation to delivery. Coordinating cross-discipline team members to ensure conformance to project requirements, deadlines and schedules. Establish effective project communication plans and ensure execution. Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.

Successfully managed 30+ premium woodwork projects, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction. Coordinated with clients, contract managers, architects, and production teams for efficient project execution. Provided regular project updates to stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring compliance with project requirements.

Properly managed over 50 park facilities (Warehouse, pens, store, unit buildings, and hostels), and over 100 machines and equipment (Generators, mud pumps, submersible pumping machine, hammer mills, freezers, cooling blast, coding machines, air conditioners, fans etc..) to effectively conserve energy and ensure optimal functionality. Ensured proper accommodation preparation and scheduling for over 300 persons (staff, graduate trainees, Interns, support staff and visitors). Oversaw a team of facilities personnel and third-party contractors for maintenance, ensuring a neat and efficient park environment. Implemented proper utilities planning, cleaning, waste disposal, and landscaping to maintain facilities.
