Responsible for handling a team of recruiters & sales • Actively involved in all phases of recruiting - sourcing, identifying, interviewing, screening, resume formatting, cold calling, resume pipeline management, reference checking, salary negotiations and closing. • Maintaining work tracker for the team and mentoring and guiding juniors in daily activities. • Segregating the requirements among the recruitment division and advocate the team to be on their toes and nail down the perfect match for the attained requirement from the client
