I am equipped with both the technical and business intent understanding to create a winning tender proposal, meeting both users requirement and expectation. I had secured multi-millions contracts in different requirements like IT solutioning, and turnkey system involving both hardware design and production and command and control (C2) systems.

I had performed project management role for various projects, working with a team of project engineers, delivering multi-million dollar. This is achieved through idea conceptualisation, provided cost-benefit analyses, and utilising state-of-the-art technologies. I also was tasked to ensure that project is on schedule, within budgets and managed resources that involved complex systems and ensure the system delivered the desired capabilities.
