* Act as Program Manager to define, launch and drive strategic and large-scale infrastructure program initiatives, such as migration to Office 365, Chatter (Salesforce.com), and ITSM (ServiceNow). * Oversee technical teams in day-to-day operations and drive improvement projects in data-center, computer rooms, VM and physical servers, SAN storage and managed cloud services. * Manage and develop relationships with service provider(s) to ensure effective delivery of outsourced/managed services. Conduct regular service reviews. Manage and audit service provider performance and productivity relative to SLAs * Unify end-user computing, collaboration, and service desk teams and providers to enable a seamless superior end-user experience. * Communicate effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences, up to and including C-level executives. * Manage budget, authorize expenditures, control and monitor allocation and resources, and oversees project plans. * Responsible for the employment, training, coaching, mentoring, motivation, discipline and performance evaluation of employees.
