About

I am an executive leadership consultant, executive coach, entrepreneur, and professor with expertise in business, management, and organizational development. Through my consulting firms—Roalmo Coaching and Consulting LLC, A&R Consulting Group, and Grivelo LLC—I have advised and coached nearly one hundred leaders worldwide, helping them strengthen strategy, leadership, and decision-making. As a professor, I instruct Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, Data, Entrepreneurship, and Business Administration at Universidad del Sagrado Corazón and Cratorn. I have also taught finance, economics, data analysis and accounting at local universities in Puerto Rico and internationally. My teaching philosophy combines research-based approaches with real-world applications, preparing future leaders to thrive in business and innovation. I also bring more than 25 years of federal leadership experience with the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS). I currently serve as Senior Advisor to the Deputy Chief for Management and Strategy. Over my career, I have directed programs in Indiana, Michigan, New York, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands, working with federal, state, and local partners to implement conservation and agricultural initiatives. My leadership assignments have included Acting Director for the Technical Training and Development Division, Acting Director for the Outreach and Partnerships Division, agency emergency coordinator, and data analytics team leader. I have advanced the agency’s work in artificial intelligence, risk management, business planning, workload analytics, and project management. Academically, I earned a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Strategic Planning (2017) and a Doctorate in Management with a focus on Executive Leadership (2024). These academic achievements reinforce my commitment to leadership, strategy, and innovation across both public and private sectors. I am also a proud U.S. Army veteran, a Purple Heart recipient, and a service-connected disabled veteran who served in Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom. My military service shaped my leadership philosophy and deepened my dedication to serving others. Beyond my professional work, I am a husband and father of two. I enjoy music, the ocean, nature, softball, and golf.

http://www.climatehubs.oce.usda.gov/caribbean The Climate Hubs were established in February of 2014 to deliver science-based knowledge, practical information and program support to farmers, ranchers, forest landowners, and resource managers to support climate-informed decision-making in light of the increased risks and vulnerabilities associated with a changing climate. These activities further the mission of maintaining and strengthening agricultural production, natural resource management, and rural economic development under increasing climate variability. Key partners in this effort include the public and land grant universities, Cooperative Extension, USDA researchers, the private sector, state, local and regional governments, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Department of Interior (DOI) regional climate change experts, and non-profits engaged in providing assistance to landowners. The Climate Hubs are located at an Agricultural Research Service (ARS) or Forest Service (FS) location. The ARS, FS and Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) provide leadership in each Regional Climate Hub. USDA science and technical support will come primarily from ARS, FS, and NRCS; additional program delivery specialists on topics of relevance to the region will come from other USDA agencies, including the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Farm Service Agency, Rural Development, and the Risk Management Agency.
