As part of a customer facing engineering role, I worked to identify direct and underlying user needs, creating and providing intelligent solutions from a standard & bespoke range of capabilities within the group. Working closely with our global product and material engineers, I was responsible for the subsequent creation of technical solutions, documents, drawings, and the presentation and justification of technical proposals to key clients across all business sectors.

Responsible for research and integration of existing and emerging technologies into access control devices for the automotive market. Working closely with the design and sales team to provide solutions to meet customer and commercial needs.
